rowhouse cafe

I had no idea this little tucked away Cascade Neighborhood cafe existed until I was called there for a meeting.  Honoring the past along with the evolving history of its South Lake Union local, this place has a character as if it has been there for decades.  Deceptively, however, it opened only just this summer as a coffee, wine and beer bar, with the addition of a few baked treats, snacks and gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, and it just began serving an incredibly good breakfast/brunch this past weekend (artichoke benedict!).  This is a very charming little find, and as their tagline evokes – a neighborhood front porch – it is a great place to find a comfortable, tucked away spot inside or out to sit for a spell, or have a conversation.  http://rowhousecafe.com/
